CompTIA
SME Technical Advisory Committee
The CompTIA SME
Technical Advisory Committee
(CSTAC) is an elite
group of individuals selected to provide leadership and direction
during CompTIA exam
development workshops. To join, CSTAC members must go through an approval process and agree to participate in CompTIA certification development workshops throughout the year. CSTAC members are also responsible for encouraging other qualified IT professionals to engage in CompTIA’s
development efforts.
CSTAC Executive Advisory Committee
The CSTAC Executive Advisory Committee (EAC) is a sub-committee of SMEs that provide CompTIA with daily support. EAC members frequently engage CompTIA staff to continually monitor and ensure that the highest standards of quality are maintained across CompTIA certification exams.
Follow this link to see a list of current CSTAC and EAC members. CompTIA is grateful to these SMEs for their on-going support.
CSTAC and IT Pro
In addition to providing support for CompTIA workshops, CSTAC allows industry experts to come together outside CompTIA, share ideas, expertise and best practices through the IT Pro Membership Program. CSTAC members can monitor IT Pro forums, mentor IT Pro members and share their unique industry experiences in the IT Pro monthly e-newsletter.
